Please keep me informed as to what goes on, I stayed up until 1:50 AM just to read the entire site, I do think you are right, but I don't matter, the court is what does matter.

One thing to think about is they may have liked your domain name better, after doing some research, because it is 3 letters shorter and all indications are the shorter the better, and may just want your name, instead of theirs.

You may want to start a e-mail list on your site, or somewhere like yahoo, and advertise it so you get a lot of members, there is power in numbers.
